
Tropical Melon Chill
A tantalizing fusion of watermelon, coconut, and lime, served over clear ice Pillars by Ice Please!, creating a serene oasis of refreshment and relaxation.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh watermelon chunks, seeded
- 1/4 cup coconut water
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
- 2 ounces vodka or white rum (optional)
- Clear ice Pillars by Ice Please!
- Lime slices and watermelon wedges for garnish
Instructions:
- Blend Ingredients: In a blender, combine the fresh watermelon chunks, coconut water, fresh lime juice, and honey or agave syrup. Blend until smooth and well combined.
- Optional: Add Alcohol: If desired, add vodka or white rum to the blender and pulse briefly to combine with the watermelon mixture.
- Chill: Transfer the watermelon breeze mixture to a pitcher and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to chill.

- Pour: Once chilled, pour the watermelon breeze mixture into the glasses.
