Order delivery -
For Delhi NCR:
Most custom orders would be delivered within 2-5 days.
Same day delivery if stock is available for standard size True Cubes, Moonballs and Pillar Ice.

Other states:
Delivery in other states may take upto 7-10 days.

National holidays or delays due to unforeseen circumstances could lead to unavoidable shipping delays.
Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled

We offer shipping currently in Delhi NCR only.

Our deliveries are conducted by our authorized courier partners. Once advance payment is made, delivery and order tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp. You can use this information to track your shipment using the courier partner’s tracking system.

Payment methods- We accept all major credit cards and debit cards (like Matercard and Visa) including netbanking facilities for all major banks. In addition, we also accept UPI payments through PayTM or Gpay. We offer COD (Cash on Delivery) facility for select pin codes only.

Returns

Since the product is perishable and edible, NO RETURNS are accepted. Orders may qualify for partial or full returns following a thorough evaluation of the details and terms and conditions mentioned below. (please read the entire section carefully to avoid any confusion)

Exchange will be offered if:

  • The product reaches you with a genuine defect in manufacturing or quality
  • The product delivered is different from the product description on site for the ordered product

In either case, kindly send us a picture on Whatsapp at +91-9910747058 within 2 hours (local NCR deliveries only) and within 24 hours of receiving the product (PAN India Delivery) and we will dispatch your replacement in 3-5 days or earlier if our new batch of ice is ready. Due to the nature of ice, there maybe slight variation in cut or weight of every product. Also, because the product is cut manually by our trained factory staff, each and every product is unique. Such variations will not be considered as defects nor will they be available for exchange or refunds.

Personalised ice or custom sizes are only eligible for refund based on complete evaluation of the details.

In case the delivery was failed due to refusal of package by recipient, three failed delivery attempts by the shipping partner or there were incorrect or incomplete address details provided, the order would not be eligible for refunds.

In case eligible for exchange, please send us the order number, delivery address and the reason for exchange (whether product defect or incorrect product received) at hello@iceplease.in or Whatsapp us at +91-9910747058 within 2 hours of delivery of product (local NCR order) or 24 hours (PAN India delivery). The return policy does not apply if the request is received outside the mentioned time frame.

For the case of defected products, we will try to exchange the same product or offer a refund or offer another product of the same value within 3-5 working days from the date of pick-up from your address. In case we are unable to provide you with a replacement of the same product, we will inform you and provide a refund to the original payment method and the same would reflect within 7-10 business days. In case of COD orders, the refund will be in terms of a same value credit coupon that can be used on our www.iceplease.in website.
